About The Position

Rohlik is the European market leader in e-grocery in Central Europe (e.g., Knuspr.de in Germany, Gurkerl.at in Austria). Our last-mile logistics ensure customer-focused delivery, with Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) playing a central role in our flexibility and scalability. In this key position, you will be responsible for the legal and contractual integrity in DSP management to proactively secure our delivery processes.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in compliance, risk management, auditing, or logistics; experience with third-party audits and contractual penalties
• Bachelor's degree (Law, Business Administration, Logistics, or similar) and sound knowledge of European labor law and regulatory frameworks
• Analytical thinking for early risk detection as well as strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Class B driver's license for travel related to audits

Nice To Haves

• Background in a highly regulated logistics environment (e.g., food safety) or in vendor risk management

Responsibilities

• Ensuring legal and internal standards as well as conducting audits with a focus on labor law
• Development of tools for partner verification (vetting) and monitoring; implementation of pragmatic and scalable risk solutions
• Resolution of ticket escalations as well as enforcement of contractual penalties up to the offboarding of non-performing partners.
• Standardization of contracts in cooperation with the legal department and coordination between DSPs, Customer Care, and Account Management
