About The Position

Trustpair is seeking a Technical Integrations Manager to deliver customer integrations across North America, primarily in the United States. The role sits on the Technical Integrations team within the Customer organization and is an individual-contributor position combining hands-on technical delivery with ownership of project scope, timelines, and stakeholder coordination. The position initially reports to the VP of Customer Success. The manager will take integrations from technical kickoff through testing, go-live, and post-launch support, working closely with Customer Success, customer IT teams, and external system integrators to connect Trustpair with enterprise finance systems. The role is based in New York City, with 2–3 days per week in the office. Responsibilities include delivering native connector, API, and file-based integrations; coordinating testing and troubleshooting; managing a portfolio of customer projects; acting as the primary technical contact for customer IT, ERP, and security teams; and supporting successful launches and continued improvements to delivery practices. The position includes ownership of integration support during a two-week post-go-live care period and documentation for transition to ongoing Customer Success support.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on, customer-facing integration delivery experience at a B2B SaaS vendor, system integrator, or consultancy, including configuring and troubleshooting integrations.
  • Practical knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, API keys, Postman, and file-based integrations using SFTP and flat-file formats, including scheduling and error handling.
  • Strong data-mapping and troubleshooting skills, including using logs, payloads, API responses, and sample files to identify root causes and prepare clear escalations.
  • Experience managing a busy portfolio of customer technical projects at different stages, ideally 10 or more concurrently, with ownership from kickoff through go-live.
  • Consistent planning and follow-through, including clear priorities, owners, milestones, accurate project tracking, and early action on dependencies and risks.
  • Resourcefulness and learning agility: investigating unfamiliar systems, testing solutions, asking for help early, and sharing learnings.
  • Clear, concise communication with technical and business stakeholders, including written follow-ups, timely risk updates, and alignment with Customer Success.
  • Ability to collaborate proactively across time zones through clear written requests and planned working overlap.

Nice To Haves

  • ERP or finance-system integration experience; SAP or Oracle experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Coupa, Kyriba, NetSuite, Workday, or Sage.
  • Familiarity with procure-to-pay workflows, vendor master data, or treasury processes.
  • Experience coordinating delivery within customer programs led by system integrators or consultancies.
  • Experience training customer IT teams, documenting integrations, and preparing handovers to Customer Success.
  • Experience in a growing scale-up and comfort delivering while processes are still being developed.
  • Curiosity about AI or practical experience using it for mapping specifications, test cases, documentation, or troubleshooting, with a habit of validating outputs.

Responsibilities

  • Own native connector, API, and file-based integrations, from validating technical prerequisites and mapping data through production cutover.
  • Coordinate testing and quality assurance, support customer acceptance testing, and troubleshoot issues using logs, payloads, and API responses.
  • Work with enterprise ERP and finance systems, including environments using SAP and Oracle.
  • Manage around 20 active projects at different stages, from kickoff and build through customer testing and post-launch support.
  • Lead technical kickoffs and workshops, maintain plans and risks in Planhat, and flag scope or timeline changes early with clear options.
  • Coordinate with system integrators and consultants on larger programs, align dependencies, and uphold technical standards.
  • Treat ERP migrations as separately scoped projects.
  • Act as the main technical contact for customer IT, ERP, and security teams, and train them to operate and maintain their integration.
  • Partner with Customer Success to align integration design with customer goals and communicate consistently throughout onboarding.
  • Build on structured handovers from Pre-Sales and contribute technical input on complex customer cases.
  • Own integration support during the two-week post-go-live care period and document the transition to ongoing Customer Success support.
  • Share reproducible bug reports and connector feedback with Product, and help improve integration playbooks.
  • Track delivery timelines, time to value, and integration satisfaction to improve the customer experience.

Benefits

  • Annual base salary of $125,000–$140,000, with bonus and total on-target earnings based on final scope and experience.
  • Ownership of US customer integration projects with visible impact on how quickly customers benefit from Trustpair.
  • Hands-on work with complex enterprise finance systems and a product that protects businesses from payment fraud.
  • Opportunity to help shape delivery frameworks and practices as the Technical Integrations team develops.
  • Opportunities to grow toward senior integration and leadership roles, or explore Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Dedicated AI training and peer support.
