Integrations Manager

Medtelligent•Chicago, IL
•$95,000 - $135,000

About The Position

ALIS is seeking an Integrations Manager to own the day-to-day delivery and operation of partner integrations. The role builds partner relationships, understands how communities use connected tools across the ALIS product suite, and delivers solutions using existing functionality, APIs, and integration tools. It combines hands-on technical problem-solving, partner coordination, and customer support. The manager investigates complex issues, helps partners connect successfully with ALIS, and works with Product and Engineering when platform changes are needed. Engineering owns production code and architecture; Product leadership owns prioritization and roadmap decisions. The position coordinates partner discovery, solution design and implementation, onboarding, testing, launches, ongoing technical support, and integration health monitoring. It also organizes the integrations backlog, contributes to delivery planning and user acceptance testing, maintains partner and internal documentation, supports internal teams with training, and communicates progress to partners and stakeholders. Candidates with at least three years of experience may be eligible for hybrid or fully remote schedules. Relocation assistance is available. All candidates must be willing and able to travel to the Chicago headquarters at least three times per year. Chicagoland candidates must work onsite for the first 90 days; afterward, their schedule depends on performance and team needs. Salary is $95,000–$135,000 per year. Employment sponsorship, including OPT or STEM OPT, is not available.

Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant experience in SaaS integrations, technical implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and delivering API or third-party integrations.
  • Ability to read API documentation, test requests, map data between systems, and investigate issues using logs and error messages.
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and file-based integrations, including SFTP and CSV/XLS data exchange.
  • Sound judgment about when existing functionality can solve a problem and when Engineering involvement is needed.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with partners and customers, including pushing back on requests while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Curiosity about the product and how it is used by people in roles such as nurses, sales teams, and billing managers.
  • Strong follow-through across competing requests, technical investigations, and partner commitments.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical issues to people with different levels of technical knowledge.
  • Commitment to honesty, integrity, and ownership of outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to the Chicago headquarters at least three times per year.
  • Chicagoland candidates must work onsite for the first 90 days.
  • Unable to receive employment sponsorship, including OPT or STEM OPT.
