Product Manager, Integrations

Adaptive•Boston, MA
•$180,000 - $200,000

About The Position

Adaptive is hiring a Product Manager to help expand its construction project accounting and operations platform for mid-market and enterprise customers. The role focuses on building and maintaining ERP integrations that support the company’s suite of AI agents, which automate construction back-office workflows such as compliance document tracking, subcontractor payment workflows, and field-to-office coordination. The Product Manager will work directly with the Product Lead and Head of Growth and partner day-to-day with design and engineering. The position involves owning product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, shaping product vision and strategy, and translating user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities into a scalable roadmap. The role is available in Adaptive’s NYC or Boston offices, or remotely.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience leading development of integrations, with a proven history of delivering complex technical products.
  • Strong technical acumen, including the ability to discuss tactical decisions with engineers and translate them into customer value.
  • Exceptional product sense and user empathy, especially when navigating complex multi-system integrations.
  • A high-ownership mindset, with the ability to move quickly and take initiative.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience building or launching Construction ERP integrations.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, Sage Intacct for Construction, or Procore.

Responsibilities

  • Own product initiatives end-to-end, focusing on outcomes and real-world impact rather than outputs, timelines, or feature delivery.
  • Define and shape product vision and strategy by translating user needs, workflow complexity, and business priorities into a clear, scalable roadmap.
  • Run customer discovery calls, review support tickets, and turn customer feedback into clear problem statements.
  • Build, launch, and iterate on capabilities from 0→1 and from 1→scale, supporting fast learning cycles and high-quality execution.
  • Create clarity and alignment across design, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Maintain a high bar for execution, usability, and coherence across the platform.
  • Lead discovery for integrations with customers’ technology stacks to support AI agents and the rest of the Adaptive product suite.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary plus meaningful equity.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • 401(k) match.
  • Flexible PTO policy.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership.
