About The Position

ALIS is seeking an Integrations Manager to lead its Integrations team and serve as the technical architect of its partner ecosystem. This hands-on, operations-focused role combines technical solution design, integration development, and technical support. The manager designs customer-facing technical solutions, translates business requirements into clear specifications, and sets technical direction and standards for the team’s API and integration infrastructure. The role works closely with engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, external integration partners, and internal teams. It owns partner onboarding and ongoing technical alignment, contributes to the App Store roadmap and strategy, supports go-to-market launches, and ensures teams have the documentation and training needed for seamless feature rollouts. Candidates with at least three years of experience may be eligible for hybrid or fully remote schedules. Relocation assistance is available, and all candidates must be willing and able to travel to the Chicago headquarters at least three times per year. Chicagoland candidates must work onsite for their first 90 days; subsequent schedules are determined by performance and team needs. ALIS cannot provide employment sponsorship, including OPT or STEM OPT. Applicants should include a few sentences explaining why they are applying for this specific position.
