About The Position

Foxen is seeking a Product Manager to own partner integrations for its proptech platform. The role shapes Foxen’s connected platform by building integrations with property management systems, leasing platforms, and strategic partners. It owns the integration roadmap and partner relationships, leads new partnerships from evaluation through launch, and works with Engineering to make integrations deeper, more automated, and more reliable.

The Product Manager will prioritize integration work based on customer value and revenue, coordinate across internal teams and external partners, and improve existing integrations. The role also supports Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success, establishes integration performance metrics, and uses AI both to improve product workflows and to develop the integration platform.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years owning integrations, APIs, platform, or partner-facing products.
• A track record of taking partner integrations from scoping through launch and scaling them across a growing customer base.
• Technical fluency with REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, data mapping, and file-based exchanges; ability to read API documentation and communicate credibly with partner engineers.
• Experience managing external partner relationships, including partner programs, marketplaces, and vendor roadmaps.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive accountability, and deliver across multiple workstreams and partner timelines.
• Ability to work autonomously, identify opportunities, build a business case, and advance initiatives without waiting for direction.
• Ability to communicate product vision and strategy clearly to executives, customers, and partners, verbally and in writing.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and experience integrating AI into product workflows.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in proptech, fintech, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience with property management systems such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, MRI, Rent Manager, or AppFolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Foxen’s integration platform across property management systems, leasing platforms, and partner systems.
• Build and maintain relationships with partner product and API teams; navigate partner programs and marketplaces, secure API access, and monitor partner roadmap changes.
• Lead new strategic partnerships from evaluation through launch, including assessing fit, defining scope and technical requirements, building business cases, and driving go-live with internal teams.
• Improve existing integrations by closing capability gaps, extending product coverage, and moving customers from manual and file-based exchanges to automated, API-driven experiences.
• Work with Engineering to translate partner and customer needs into requirements, prioritize competing work, and ensure reliable integrations at scale.
• Support Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success with integration expertise, deal support, implementation troubleshooting, current compatibility information, and field-feedback insights.
• Define and track integration metrics, including time to integrate, automation rate, data accuracy, and partner-sourced revenue, and use them to drive continuous improvement.
• Use AI tools to improve product development processes and incorporate AI capabilities into the integration platform.
• Continually measure, analyze, and optimize owned integrations.
