Technical Program Manager, Partner Integrations

Flex•New York, NY
•$215,000 - $270,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Flex is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead partner integration programs from scoping through launch and ongoing performance. The role owns delivery across Engineering, Business Development, and external partners, ensuring integrations launch on time and remain reliable afterward. It offers the opportunity to shape foundational technology supporting Flex’s evolution from a single-product solution to a broad financial services platform. The Technical Program Manager leads end-to-end launch planning, including timelines, milestone tracking, technical and go-to-market project management, and escalations. The role documents partner-facing UI/UX in Figma, drives technical design decisions and troubleshooting alongside the Engineering Lead, and serves as the day-to-day contact for pilot partners. For live integrations, the role runs recurring partner technical syncs, coordinates incident escalation and partner communications with the Technical Account team, reviews monthly partner performance data with Analytics, responds to partner product requests, and ensures Flex teams address and test bugs affecting integrated partners. The role also works with Product and Engineering to develop reusable APIs and a broader platform supporting diverse billers and payment types, including rent. It turns recurring partner issues into reusable templates, checklists, runbooks, and tooling to make integrations faster to launch and less costly to maintain. Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company headquartered in New York City, with employees across the US, Australia, Canada, and South America. Roles posted in New York, San Francisco, and Salt Lake City are hybrid, with on-site expectations of 2–3 days per week. Candidates outside those areas may be eligible for relocation assistance. Compensation for candidates in Tier 1 (NYC/Bay Area) markets is $215,000–$270,000 USD base salary, adjusted by geographic pay differential for other locations.
