Senior Technical Program Manager, Partner Ecosystem

Socure•Incline Village, NV
•$170,000 - $195,000

About The Position

Socure’s Partner Ecosystem brings third-party data and decisioning partners into RiskOS. The Senior Technical Program Manager owns the technical side of the partner ecosystem, ensuring integrations are designed cleanly, operated reliably, implemented correctly in customer environments, and understood by Solutions and Sales teams. The role is the technical point of accountability for the RiskOS partner ecosystem. It aligns integration approaches with partners, defines scope and requirements for the Partner Integration engineering pod, helps troubleshoot implementation issues, and explains partner products to internal teams. The role personally leads API discovery, writes implementation specifications, participates in live troubleshooting, and owns the technical documentation used across the company. It drives the pod’s roadmap and execution through technical credibility, clarity, and relationships rather than direct people management. As Socure’s partner marketplace develops, this role will help define what is required for partner products to be integrated and consumed at scale. It also owns partner integration programs from discovery through launch readiness, establishes reusable patterns, supports partner and customer implementations, leads escalation resolution and integration-health audits, and scales documentation and enablement through carefully verified use of AI tools.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in technical program management, technical product management, solutions architecture, solutions engineering, or integration engineering, including direct ownership of external-facing technical work.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive engineering execution without direct authority, including owning a team’s roadmap and delivery as an individual contributor through influence and credibility.
  • Practical fluency with REST APIs, authentication patterns, webhooks, data mapping and normalization, and failure modes of third-party dependencies.
  • Strong distributed-systems debugging skills and comfort working with logs, traces, and payloads to isolate whether an issue originates with the company, a partner, or configuration.
  • Proven ability to work directly with external technical teams, maintain a firm technical position, decline proposals appropriately, and preserve relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with partners, engineers, Solutions teams, and leadership.
  • Exceptional written communication; specifications and documentation are core job outputs.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in actual workflows, with discipline to verify AI output and the ability to describe repeatable patterns that have made recurring work faster for others.
  • Comfort moving among partner architecture discussions, customer implementation escalations, and internal enablement sessions.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in identity, fraud, risk, KYC/KYB, credit, or adjacent data-provider ecosystems.
  • Experience integrating and operating many third-party data vendors at scale, including managing vendor API versioning and deprecation.
  • Experience building or scaling a partner marketplace, app store, developer platform, or partner certification program.
  • Familiarity with decisioning or workflow orchestration platforms and how data products are composed within them.
  • Experience working alongside pre-sales and post-sales organizations in B2B enterprise SaaS.
  • Exposure to compliance and contractual dimensions of third-party data use, including data rights, permissible purpose, retention, and audit requirements.
  • Prior hands-on engineering background, even if subsequently moving into solutions, program, or product work.

Responsibilities

  • Own new integration programs from discovery and technical scope through specifications, sequencing, and launch readiness; manage the engineering pod’s roadmap, priorities, and capacity tradeoffs.
  • Establish reusable integration patterns for authentication, data mapping, error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
  • Work with Product and Legal/GRC to account for contractual and compliance constraints during design.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for partner engineering and solutions teams, from API discovery through release and deprecation.
  • Evaluate partner APIs, data models, SLAs, and support posture; identify integration paths and challenge patterns that create fragility, latency, cost, or compliance risks.
  • Define marketplace integration-readiness requirements, certification, and acceptance criteria, and eventually enforce those standards with partners building into the platform.
  • Help pre-sales Solutions understand partner products, including their capabilities, requirements, costs, and limitations.
  • Work with post-sales Solutions and Implementation to ensure correct sandbox and production configuration and flag workflow designs likely to result in poor decisioning outcomes.
  • Create enablement materials that help Solutions teams handle routine cases independently.
  • Own integration escalation triage and resolution, define integration-health monitoring requirements, and run recurring audits that result in remediation.
  • Own the technical documentation library, including integration specifications, API references, configuration guides, and troubleshooting runbooks; treat documentation drift as a defect.
  • Use AI tools to draft specifications and documentation, verify outputs against source API documentation, and develop repeatable AI workflows that increase team throughput.
  • Develop working expertise in each partner product and explain those products to Sales, Solutions, Product, and Support.
