About The Position

This role is the primary execution leader for the WXP-Print portfolio, driving delivery across a complex ecosystem of platform capabilities, business applications, shared services, engineering teams, and partner organizations. It translates approved business priorities into executable delivery plans through planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, release readiness, and cross-functional alignment. Programs often span multiple products, technologies, and organizations, including 10 or more teams across cloud services, enterprise software, data, security, operations, and firmware. The role partners closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to clarify requirements, plan execution, manage dependencies, and discuss priorities. It provides data-driven analysis, delivery options, risk assessments, capacity considerations, and trade-off recommendations to inform roadmap, investment, and prioritization decisions. The role owns end-to-end execution of visible, business-critical initiatives, including planning, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and escalation management, while ensuring work aligns with approved product priorities and business outcomes. The position also improves execution practices through standardized processes, modern tools, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that enhance visibility, predictability, quality, and delivery outcomes. Success involves delivering complex initiatives with high quality, maintaining clear visibility into delivery health, strengthening cross-functional partnerships, and balancing customer commitments, business priorities, and engineering realities.

Requirements

Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Typically 7–10 years of experience supporting or leading complex technical programs.
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple organizations and engineering teams.
Experience working in Agile software development environments.
Experience partnering with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering leaders to turn business requirements into executable delivery plans.
Experience supporting customer-facing initiatives and working with Customer Success, Support, Sales, or Operations organizations.
Experience balancing customer commitments, delivery schedules, technical constraints, resource capacity, and organizational priorities.
Experience driving large-scale delivery efforts involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Knowledge of technical program management, Agile methodology, portfolio planning, dependency management, risk management, release management, change management, project and milestone planning, continuous improvement, Scrum and Kanban, Jira, and Agile delivery tools.
Knowledge of requirements management, PRD review and development, business case analysis, roadmap planning support, prioritization frameworks, trade-off analysis, customer journey and feedback analysis, data-driven decision-making, portfolio governance, business process analysis, and operational readiness planning.
Technical knowledge of enterprise software, cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, API-based systems, data services, platform technologies, systems integration, and the software development lifecycle.
Leadership skills including customer centricity, executive communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, influence without authority, problem solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and organizational leadership.
Cross-organizational skills including effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, collaboration, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of complex, multi-team technical programs spanning products, services, platforms, and organizations.
Manage dependencies across engineering, product management, platform, architecture, security, operations, firmware, and external partner teams.
Develop execution plans, milestones, resource assumptions, release plans, and delivery commitments.
Lead release planning and readiness across development, validation, deployment, operations, support, and post-release activities.
Facilitate execution reviews, issue resolution, and technical trade-off discussions to maintain delivery commitments.
Own program status, delivery health, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
Identify technical, architectural, operational, and organizational risks and drive resolution plans.
Track releases, features, defects, dependencies, testing, and readiness activities to ensure delivery completeness and quality.
Communicate progress, risks, key decisions, and delivery status to stakeholders and leadership.
Consolidate technical input to clarify implementation effort, complexity, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and timelines for business and product decisions.
Improve program execution practices and delivery effectiveness.
Partner with Product Management, Architects, and Engineering to refine requirements, clarify scope, and prepare initiatives for execution.
Translate approved business priorities into workstreams, milestones, release plans, resource needs, and delivery strategies.
Support prioritization and trade-off discussions with feasibility assessments, execution impact analysis, recommendations, and alternative approaches.
Align product, engineering, support, security, and operations teams for successful execution.
Help refine PRDs, user journeys, epics, features, acceptance criteria, MVP definitions, and phased delivery strategies.
Influence outcomes across organizations without direct authority.
Improve planning processes, governance, and execution transparency.
Mentor program managers and contribute to program management best practices.
Drive adoption of automation, AI-enabled workflows, and continuous improvement practices.
