About The Position

Mavenir is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive planning, coordination, and delivery of technology programs involving Open-RAN and Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN). The role owns the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs applying NB-IoT technology to non-terrestrial networks and works with product groups to analyze and implement solutions such as Voice over NB-IoT. The position manages program dependencies and risk mitigation, presents updates to internal executives and customer teams, and champions program governance. It also coordinates work items and dependencies with partners and third-party vendors while protecting company interests. The role collaborates with business, product management, and product engineering teams to define scope, estimates, and success criteria for business proposals.

Requirements

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a directly related field.
At least one year of experience in RF engineering and optimization in a terrestrial mobile network.
One year of experience using Atlassian Jira to monitor the project life cycle and build dashboards providing graphical views of network health and readiness.
One year of experience in vendor management for interoperability test planning and execution.
One year of customer delivery management experience covering project lifecycle management design, hardware procurement, installation, integration, optimization, and handover to support.
One year of experience building complex interdependent project plans.
One year of experience applying Open-RAN architecture.
One year of experience with Voice over NB-IoT architecture in a non-terrestrial network.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and deliver technology programs in Open-RAN and Non-Terrestrial Networks.
Own and drive the full lifecycle of cross-functional programs applying NB-IoT technology to non-terrestrial networks.
Collaborate with product groups to analyze and implement solutions such as Voice over NB-IoT.
Manage program dependencies and proactively plan for risk mitigation.
Present regularly to internal executives and customer teams and champion program governance.
Manage work items and dependencies with partners and third-party vendors while preserving company interests.
Collaborate with business, product management, and product engineering teams to define scope, estimates, and success criteria for business proposals.
