About The Position

Genpact is seeking a Java and Python Tech Lead to lead a team of Java developers in designing and developing software applications. The role provides technical guidance on Java development practices, translates business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders, and supports team quality through code reviews, mentorship, and coding standards. The Tech Lead troubleshoots technical issues, optimizes application performance and scalability, and stays current with Java technologies and trends to promote innovation and efficiency. The position is regular, hybrid, and based in the United States, with a day shift. The approximate annual base compensation range is USD 60,000 to USD 75,000. Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible. The final offer depends on factors including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and internal equity.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
Oracle Certified Java Associate certification.
Proficiency in English at C2 level.
Skills in Agile Methodology, Apache Kafka, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Risk Management, and Storytelling.
