Tech Lead - Testing & Quality Assurance N 4C
About The Position
Genpact is hiring a Tech Lead for Testing & Quality Assurance to lead a team of testers and oversee software testing activities. The role involves creating test plans, cases, and scripts from project requirements; coordinating with development teams to ensure test coverage; and conducting manual and automated testing to validate functionality and performance. The Tech Lead analyzes results, recommends improvements, mentors team members on testing practices, and monitors and reports progress while escalating issues as needed. The position is hybrid, with an annual base compensation range of $60,000 to $75,000. Candidates based in Los Angeles, California are not eligible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master's degree in Software Engineering.
- Skills in Agile Methodology, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Penetration Testing, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Management, Risk Management, Security Testing, and Storytelling.
- English proficiency at C2 level.
Nice To Haves
- ISTQB Certified Tester certification.
- Oracle Certified Professional - Java SE 8 Programmer certification.
Responsibilities
