About The Position

Genpact is hiring a Tech Lead for Application Development in Java to lead a team of Java developers in designing and developing software applications. The position is remote, with a day shift in the United States. Candidates based in Los Angeles, California are not eligible. The approximate annual base compensation range is $60,000 to $75,000; the actual offer depends on factors including experience, skills, geographic location, and internal equity.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or a master’s degree in Software Engineering.
Oracle Certified Java Associate certification.
Skills in Agile Methodology, Apache Kafka, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Risk Management, and Storytelling.
English proficiency at C2 level.
