About The Position

Wipro is hiring a Teamcenter Technical Lead to design and deliver secure, supportable, SaaS-compliant Teamcenter X enhancements, defect fixes, automation, and minor migration within committed L3 core and flex capacity. The role is based in Bloomington, Minnesota, with onsite work three days per week. The position covers the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements clarification, impact assessment, estimation, solution design, development, testing, user acceptance testing support, release documentation, and hypercare. Solutions should favor configuration over customization; customization requires business justification, CAB approval, and Siemens validation. The consultant develops and supports Teamcenter components and integrations, resolves complex defects, contributes to automated regression and security practices, and maintains technical documentation, source control, and traceability. The role requires PLM-Teamcenter architecture skills and 8–10 years of experience.

Requirements

8–10 years of experience.
Mandatory skill: PLM-Teamcenter-Architecture.
Experience with BMIDE business objects, properties, LOVs, naming/display/deep-copy/GRM rules, extensions, and package deployment.
Experience with ITK in C/C++, custom exits, workflow rule/action handlers, utilities, and server-side extensions.
Knowledge of SOA and REST integration patterns, out-of-the-box services, error handling, and secure authentication.
Experience configuring or customizing Active Workspace, including tiles, workspaces, commands, menus, icons, columns, stylesheets, and validations.
Knowledge of Teamcenter modules including Structure Manager, Workflow Designer, Query Builder, Report Builder, PLMXML/TCXML, ACL, and organization.
Experience with approved data migration and correction tools, validation, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Clarify requirements; assess impacts; estimate work; and perform solution design, development, unit and system testing, UAT support, release documentation, and hypercare.
Implement configuration-first solutions using BMIDE and Active Workspace; customize only with business justification, CAB approval, and Siemens validation.
Develop ITK, SOA/REST integrations, workflow handlers, utilities, reports, and controlled migration or data-correction scripts.
Resolve complex defects involving the data model, workflows, security, BOM, change, reporting, and user interface.
Create automated regression assets, code-review evidence, static and security scan inputs, and rollback plans.
Maintain the customization registry, technical designs, source control, and traceability.
Perform data migration and correction using approved tools and utilities, including validation and reconciliation.
