About The Position
The Techno Functional Consultant works with the project team to understand release requirements, document releases in the Release Manager tool, and guide releases through the change process using BMC Remedy. The role requires communication with technical change review boards and adherence to change governance standards. The consultant will also help the area adopt new release-management tools and processes. The position operates as a team member or across multiple teams under the supervision of a more senior domain expert.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Mandatory skills: infrastructure, cloud computing, and consulting.
- Detail-oriented.
