About The Position

Wipro Limited is a technology services and consulting company focused on developing solutions for clients’ digital transformation needs. The Techno Functional Consultant L1 role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, database technologies, and cloud operations. The position involves designing, implementing, and managing Azure database and messaging solutions, as well as supporting cloud migration, modernization, and operations. The role also calls for troubleshooting and performance optimization skills. Experience with Kafka, containerized environments, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and Azure messaging services is desired. The expected compensation range is $60,000 to $135,000. Final compensation depends on factors including location, applicable minimum-wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. The role is eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits, including medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options. Employment in some roles may be conditioned on successfully completing a post-offer drug screening, subject to applicable state law.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Deep expertise in relational database management systems (RDBMS) and NoSQL databases.
Experience designing, implementing, and managing Azure database and messaging solutions.
Knowledge of cloud migration, modernization, and operational support best practices.
Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills.
Mandatory skill: AWS Cloud Operations.
5–8 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Apache Kafka in on-premises or cloud environments.
Experience integrating messaging platforms with containerized environments such as Kubernetes and Docker.
Familiarity with event-driven architectures and distributed systems.
Experience with Azure messaging services, including Event Hubs and related technologies.
