NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant
About The Position
The NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant designs, develops, and maintains SuiteScript 2.x solutions and owns end-to-end integrations between NetSuite OneWorld and major B2C platforms, including Arena, MES, and related middleware. The role configures and supports NetSuite workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, forms, and business processes. It partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to optimize business processes; manages implementation partners, consultants, and external vendors; and establishes governance for change management, documentation, access controls, release management, enhancement requests, and system support. The consultant also troubleshoots system issues and determines whether their causes are technical defects, business processes, data quality, or user training. Flexible work-from-home options are available.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in NetSuite configuration and customization.
- Proven experience in functional consulting roles, specifically with NetSuite.
- In-depth knowledge of business processes related to finance, sales, and operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SuiteScript 2.x solutions, including User Event, Client, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, RESTlet, and Suitelet scripts.
- Own end-to-end integrations between NetSuite OneWorld and major B2C platforms, including Arena, MES, and related middleware.
- Configure and support workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, roles, permissions, forms, and business processes.
- Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to optimize business processes.
- Manage implementation partners, consultants, and external vendors to support successful project delivery.
- Establish governance for change management, documentation, access controls, release management, enhancement requests, and system support.
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify whether they originate from technical defects, business processes, data quality, or user training.
