About The Position
The individual will work in Production Support within the Global Wealth and Investment Management line of business, focused on advisory and framework applications. The role provides production support and incident management, coordinates issue resolution and root cause analysis, maintains application and operational knowledge, and works with cross-functional teams to improve processes and application stability. The position is accountable for restoring and resolving production application issues within agreed timelines and for keeping stakeholders, including senior leadership, informed.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience.
- Unix implementation and maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support services, including incident management for single-user issues, branch outages, and infrastructure triage.
- Coordinate with Problem Management teams for issue resolution and root cause analysis.
- Continuously build and maintain application and operational knowledge.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including runbooks, monitoring, and alerting enhancements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address process gaps, technology gaps, and stability concerns.
- Ensure timely communication and status updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Be accountable for the restoration and resolution of all production application issues within agreed timelines.
