Team Member - Flying Ace Express Car Wash
About The Position
The Team Member at Flying Ace Express Car Wash provides customer service and supports sales by engaging potential customers, promoting monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages, and upselling products. The role includes educating customers about membership benefits, greeting and assisting customers before and after washes, conducting quality-control checks, following safety procedures, and responding calmly to customer concerns. Team Members also learn the wash process and equipment, operate basic retail equipment such as computers and point-of-sale systems, and perform other related duties as assigned. The position starts at $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and pay increases tied to training and skill development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage potential customers in sales conversations.
- Present monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages and upsell products to existing customers.
- Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
- Greet customers and create positive first impressions.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to support their satisfaction.
- Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
