About The Position

The Team Member at Flying Ace Express Car Wash provides customer service and supports sales by engaging customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. The role includes educating customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greeting customers, ensuring satisfaction before and after washes, and conducting quality control checks. Team Members follow safety procedures, address customer escalations professionally, operate basic retail equipment, learn the wash process and equipment, and perform other assigned duties. The role offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour and opportunities for advancement and development.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and engage potential customers in sales conversations.
Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and create positive first impressions.
Engage with customers before and after washes to support their satisfaction.
Perform accurate quality control checks.
Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
Promote membership options when interacting with new customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
