Team Member - Flying Ace Express Car Wash
About The Position
As a Team Member at Flying Ace Express Car Wash, you will provide customer service and support sales by engaging customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. You will help customers understand the Unlimited Wash Club, welcome them, engage with them before and after washes, and work to ensure their satisfaction. The role also includes conducting quality-control checks, following safety procedures and standard operating procedures, addressing customer escalations professionally, operating basic retail equipment, and learning the wash process and equipment. Other related duties may be assigned. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
- Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support sales by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products.
- Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
- Greet customers and exceed their expectations by making positive first impressions.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to help ensure their satisfaction.
- Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Promote memberships when interacting with new customers.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
