Team Member - Flying Ace Express Car Wash
About The Position
As a Team Member at Flying Ace Express Car Wash, you will provide exceptional customer service and support sales by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages, and upselling products to existing customers. You will educate customers about the membership, create positive first impressions, engage with customers before and after washes, and help ensure customer satisfaction through accurate quality-control checks. The role also involves following safety protocols and operating procedures, addressing customer escalations calmly, using basic retail equipment such as computers and point-of-sale systems, and learning the wash process and equipment. Other related duties may be assigned. The position starts at $15.00 per hour and offers opportunities for advancement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Responsibilities

- Greet customers and exceed expectations by creating positive first impressions.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to help ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct accurate quality-control checks.

- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Promote memberships when interacting with new customers.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
