Team Member - Flying Ace Express Car Wash
About The Position
The Team Member at Flying Ace Express Car Wash provides exceptional customer service and supports sales by engaging potential customers, promoting monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages, and upselling products to existing customers. The role includes educating customers about membership benefits, greeting customers, ensuring satisfaction before and after washes, completing quality control checks, following safety protocols and operating procedures, and addressing customer concerns calmly. Team Members also operate basic retail equipment, learn the car wash process and equipment, and perform other assigned duties. The position involves working in a fast-paced environment, standing and moving throughout the site for the entire shift, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and pay increases tied to training and skill development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
- Greet customers and exceed expectations by making a positive first impression.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform accurate quality control checks.
- Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Promote memberships when interacting with new customers.
- Learn the car wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
