About The Position

As a Team Member at Flying Ace Express Car Wash, you will provide exceptional customer service and support sales by presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages and upselling products. You will educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, make positive first impressions, engage with customers before and after washes, and help ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves performing quality-control checks, following safety procedures, handling customer escalations professionally, operating basic retail equipment, and learning the wash process and equipment. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and engage potential customers in sales efforts.
Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club and present membership packages.
Upsell products to existing customers.
Greet customers and create positive first impressions.
Engage with customers before and after washes to help ensure satisfaction.
Perform accurate quality-control checks.
Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale equipment.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
