About The Position

The Team Member at Flying Ace Express Car Wash focuses on customer service and sales, engaging potential customers to present monthly unlimited car wash packages and offering products to existing customers. The role also includes educating customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greeting customers, supporting satisfaction before and after washes, conducting quality-control checks, following safety procedures, handling customer escalations, operating basic retail equipment, and learning the wash process and equipment. The position offers opportunities for training, skill development, and advancement into leadership roles.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and create positive first impressions that exceed expectations.
Engage with customers before and after washes to support their satisfaction.
Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
Present membership options to new customers and upsell products to existing customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
