About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members help deliver freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items and exceptional hospitality. Team Members welcome guests, take orders, prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings, ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment, and serve items with a smile. Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older (18 or older in California).
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver orders with a smile.
