About The Position

At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Team Members help deliver freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items and exceptional hospitality in a fun, food-focused environment. The role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, and preparing frozen custard treats and other menu offerings. Team Members ensure items are cooked to perfection, work in a safe and clean environment, and serve guests with a smile.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years or older (18 or older in California).
• Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
• Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
• Take guest orders.
• Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
• Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection.
