About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Team Members help deliver freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items and provide guests with fun, great food, and exceptional hospitality. The role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, preparing frozen custard treats and other menu offerings, and ensuring food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. Team Members work in a people-first environment that emphasizes development, growth, diversity, and inclusion. JRI Hospitality describes itself as a growing company founded in 2011 that owns and operates over 80 restaurants in 11 states, including Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older; 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver food to guests with a smile.
