About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Team Members help deliver freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items in a fun workplace centered on great food and exceptional hospitality. Team Members welcome guests, take orders, prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings, ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment, and deliver orders with a smile. Founded in 2011, JRI Hospitality owns and operates more than 80 restaurants in 11 states, including Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, and plans to open additional locations in Texas, Georgia, Arizona, and Kansas.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old, or 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
