About The Position
Part-time Team Members at Metro Franchising’s Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops deliver positive Guest experiences and help encourage Guests to return. The role involves prioritizing Guest needs, working respectfully with fellow Team Members, preparing products to operational, quality, and safety standards, and maintaining clean workstations and Guest areas. Team Members are expected to follow brand standards and company policies and procedures, work 15–30 hours per week, and show enthusiasm for the brands and Team Metro. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
