About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members help deliver freshly prepared, made-to-order food and exceptional hospitality in a fun, team-oriented workplace. Team Members welcome guests, take orders, prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings, and ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. JRI Hospitality develops Team Members in an environment intended to help them prosper and grow. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old; applicants in California must be at least 18.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver food with a smile.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
