At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members are part of a team that serves freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items and provides guests with fun, great food, and exceptional hospitality. Team Members welcome guests, take orders, prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings, ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment, and deliver orders with a smile. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old; 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure each menu item is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
