About The Position
The Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash provides exceptional customer service and supports sales by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages, and upselling products to existing customers. The role includes educating customers about membership benefits, greeting customers, helping ensure satisfaction before and after the wash, completing quality-control checks, and addressing customer concerns calmly. Team Members learn the wash process and equipment, operate basic retail equipment such as computers and point-of-sale systems, and follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures. The position involves working throughout the site in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage potential customers in sales efforts.
- Present monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages and upsell products to existing customers.
- Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
- Greet customers and exceed expectations through positive first impressions.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform accurate quality-control checks.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations in a calm and collected manner.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
