About The Position

As a Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash, you will provide customer service and support sales by engaging with customers, explaining monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. The role contributes to Clean Express Auto Wash’s fast, eco-friendly service and customer-care goals, with opportunities for growth into leadership roles. You will educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, welcome customers, and engage with them before and after washes to support satisfaction. You will perform quality-control checks, follow safety protocols and standard procedures, address customer escalations calmly, operate basic retail equipment, learn the wash process and equipment, and perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and exceed expectations by making a positive first impression.
Engage with customers before and after washes to help ensure satisfaction.
Perform accurate quality-control checks.
Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
Present membership options to new customers and support sales of wash packages and products.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
