About The Position

As a Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash, you will provide exceptional customer service while promoting monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages and upselling products. The role includes educating customers about membership benefits, greeting and engaging with customers before and after washes, and helping ensure their satisfaction. You will also perform quality-control checks, follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures, respond calmly to customer escalations, operate basic retail equipment, and learn the wash process and equipment. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and create a positive first impression that exceeds their expectations.
Engage with customers before and after their wash to support customer satisfaction.
Perform accurate quality-control checks.
Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
Promote memberships to new customers and upsell products to existing customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
