About The Position

As a Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash, you will deliver exceptional customer service and support sales by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. You will educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greet customers, engage with them before and after washes, and help ensure their satisfaction. The role also includes conducting quality-control checks, following safety protocols and standard operating procedures, calmly addressing customer concerns, using basic retail equipment such as computers and point-of-sale systems, learning the wash process and equipment, and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and exceed their expectations by making positive first impressions.
Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
Promote memberships when interacting with new customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
