About The Position

As a Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash, you will provide customer service and support sales by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. You will educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greet customers, and engage with them before and after their wash to support satisfaction. You will also perform quality-control checks, follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures, address customer escalations calmly, operate basic retail equipment, and learn the wash process and equipment. Other related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and create positive first impressions that exceed expectations.
Engage with customers before and after washes to support their satisfaction.
Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
Present membership options to new customers and upsell products to existing customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
