About The Position

As a Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash, you will provide exceptional customer service while engaging customers and promoting monthly unlimited car wash packages and other products. You will educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, create positive first impressions, and help ensure customer satisfaction before and after washes. The role also involves performing quality-control checks, following safety procedures, responding calmly to customer concerns, operating basic retail equipment, and learning the wash process and equipment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and exceed their expectations through positive first impressions.
Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
Perform accurate quality-control checks.
Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
Promote memberships to new customers and upsell products to existing customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
