Team Member - Clean Express Auto Wash
About The Position
As a Team Member at Clean Express Auto Wash, you will provide exceptional customer service and support sales by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products to existing customers. You will educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greet customers, help ensure their satisfaction before and after washes, perform quality-control checks, and address customer escalations calmly. You will also follow safety protocols and standard procedures, operate basic retail equipment, learn the wash process and equipment, and perform other related duties as assigned. The role is based at 402 Clairton Blvd, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The position starts at $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and pay increases tied to training and skill development. Work takes place in a fast-paced environment, including outdoors in all weather conditions, and requires standing and moving throughout the site for the entire shift. Flexible hours, including weekends, are required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction.

- Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage customers to support sales.
- Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club and pitch memberships to new customers.
- Greet customers and create positive first impressions.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to support satisfaction.
- Perform accurate quality-control checks.
- Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
