About The Position
The Team Member at Green Clean Express Auto Wash focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting sales by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products to existing customers. The role includes educating customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greeting customers, ensuring satisfaction before and after washes, conducting quality-control checks, and addressing customer escalations professionally. Team Members also follow safety procedures, use basic retail equipment such as computers and point-of-sale systems, learn the wash process and equipment, and perform other assigned duties. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
- Greet customers and create positive first impressions that exceed expectations.
- Engage with customers before and after washes to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct accurate quality-control checks.
- Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
- Promote memberships when interacting with new customers.
- Learn the wash process and equipment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
