About The Position

As a Team Member at Green Clean Express Auto Wash, you will provide exceptional customer service and support sales by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages, and upselling products to existing customers. You will educate customers about the benefits of the membership, greet them, and engage with them before and after the wash to ensure satisfaction. The role also includes performing quality control checks, following safety protocols and standard operating procedures, handling customer escalations calmly, and using basic retail equipment such as a computer and point-of-sale system. You will learn the wash process and equipment and perform other related duties as assigned. The position starts at $15.00 per hour. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and focus sales efforts by engaging potential customers and presenting monthly Unlimited Wash Club packages and upselling products to existing customers.
Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and exceed their expectations through lasting first impressions.
Engage with customers before and after the wash to ensure satisfaction.
Perform accurate quality control checks.
Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
Pitch memberships when interacting with new customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
