About The Position

The Team Member at Green Clean Express Auto Wash focuses on providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products to existing customers. The role also includes educating customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greeting customers, supporting satisfaction before and after washes, conducting quality-control checks, following safety procedures, handling customer escalations, operating basic retail equipment, and learning the wash process and equipment. The position requires working outdoors in all weather conditions and moving around the site throughout the shift.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers on the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and exceed their expectations through positive first impressions.
Engage with customers before and after washes to support their satisfaction.
Perform accurate quality-control checks.
Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and POS systems.
Promote memberships when interacting with new customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
