About The Position

As a Team Member at Green Clean Express Auto Wash, you will provide exceptional customer service while supporting sales efforts by engaging potential customers, presenting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products to existing customers. The role includes educating customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, greeting customers, engaging with them before and after washes, and helping ensure their satisfaction. You will perform quality-control checks, follow safety procedures, respond calmly to customer escalations, use basic retail equipment such as computers and POS systems, and learn the wash process and equipment. Other related duties may be assigned. The position offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour and opportunities for training, advancement, and growth.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
Greet customers and create positive first impressions that exceed their expectations.
Engage with customers before and after washes to help ensure their satisfaction.
Perform accurate quality-control checks.
Comply with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and POS systems.
Pitch memberships to new customers.
Learn the wash process and equipment.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
