About The Position

As a Team Member at Green Clean Express Auto Wash, you will provide customer service and support sales by engaging customers, promoting monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upselling products. You will help deliver fast, eco-friendly services and exceptional customer care while following safety procedures and standard operating procedures. The role offers opportunities for training, skill development, and advancement into leadership roles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the site for an entire shift in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers about the benefits of the Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet customers and create positive first impressions that exceed expectations.
• Engage with customers before and after washes to support customer satisfaction.
• Perform accurate quality-control checks.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment, including computers and point-of-sale systems.
• Promote memberships when interacting with new customers.
• Learn the wash process and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
