About The Position

Regal Team Members help create memorable theatre experiences by welcoming guests, serving concessions, and keeping auditoriums and other theatre spaces clean and ready. They assist guests throughout their visit, prepare and serve food and beverages, support guest flow and seating, and help with daily theatre operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Regal provides training and certification programs; no prior experience is required.

Comfortable handling cash and basic technology.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on theatre needs.
Willingness to complete Regal training and certification programs.
Must meet age requirements for alcohol service, if applicable.
No prior experience required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, positive experience by assisting guests and answering questions throughout their visit.
Prepare and serve food and beverages safely while following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work areas, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
Support guest flow, seating, and the overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
