About The Position

Regal Floor Staff help create a welcoming, memorable theatre experience by assisting guests, serving concessions, and keeping theatre spaces clean and ready. Team Members may work across multiple areas and support the theatre’s daily operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Regal provides training; no prior experience is required. This is a seasonal position at Regal Midwest City, with a stated pay rate of $12 per hour and availability needed for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests, provide a positive experience, and answer questions throughout their visit.
Prepare and serve food and beverages while following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
Support guest flow, seating, and the overall theatre experience.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
Complete Regal training and certification programs.
