About The Position
Regal Floor Staff help create a welcoming and memorable theatre experience for guests. Team members may welcome and assist guests, serve concessions, and keep auditoriums and other theatre areas clean, stocked, and ready. The role supports guest flow and day-to-day theatre operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior experience is required; Regal provides training.
Requirements

- Comfort handling cash and using basic technology.
- Willingness to complete Regal training and certification programs.

- No prior experience required; training is provided.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on theatre needs.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, answer questions, and provide a positive experience throughout their visit.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages while following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized auditoriums, restrooms, work areas, and common spaces.
- Support guest flow, seating, and the overall theatre experience.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
