About The Position

Regal Floor Staff help create a welcoming theatre experience by assisting guests, serving food and beverages, and keeping theatre spaces clean, stocked, and ready. Team Members support guest flow and seating in a fast-paced environment and assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed. Regal provides training; no prior experience is required. The role pays $12.00 per hour and offers flexible scheduling, with availability needed for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on theatre needs.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests, answer questions, and contribute to a positive experience throughout their visit.
Prepare and serve food and beverages safely while following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work areas, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
Support guest flow, seating, and the overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
Complete Regal training and certification programs.
