About The Position

Regal Team Members help create a welcoming and memorable theatre experience for guests, from their arrival through the end of the movie. They may welcome guests, serve concessions, and ensure auditoriums are clean and ready. This role is suited to people who enjoy working with others in a team-focused entertainment environment. No prior experience is required; Regal provides training. The position offers $12.00 pay, free movie tickets, 50% off concessions, a 401(k) with company match for employees age 21 and over, holiday pay, employee financial assistance programs, career growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling. Responsibilities

Assist guests and answer questions to create a welcoming, positive experience.
Prepare and serve food and beverages safely, following food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
Keep work areas clean, stocked, and organized, including auditoriums, restrooms, and common spaces.
Support guest flow, seating, and the overall theatre experience in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with opening, closing, and daily theatre operations as needed.
