Santan Village - Team Member (Seasonal)
About The Position
The Team Member helps ensure every guest has a positive Harkins moviegoing experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting them with tickets and auditorium directions, maintaining clean auditoriums and common areas, preparing or selling concessions, handling ticket and gift card sales and other guest service needs, and supporting the loyalty program. Harkins provides training for the role. This is a seasonal position. Start dates vary based on hire date, and the season is currently expected to run through approximately January 19, 2027. The actual end date may vary based on business needs. Seasonal employment does not guarantee employment for a specific period, and employment is at will. Seasonal Team Members may be considered for continued employment based on business needs and performance.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Effectively communicate in English and read and write in English.
- Be able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during the winter months.
- Be professional, friendly, reliable, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and have a desire to provide excellent guest service.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a positive attitude.
- Take tickets and direct guests to their auditoriums.
- Clean auditoriums and common areas.
- Sell and/or prepare concession items.
- Sell tickets and gift cards and handle guest service items.
- Sign guests up for the loyalty program and answer questions.
